Take your cooking skills to the next level in this workshop as you learn how to debone a whole chicken. I’ll take you through each step, showing you the tools and techniques that you’ll need to add this special skill to your culinary repertoire. Then we’ll put that bird to good use in a galantine – a unique French dish of deboned stuffed poultry, usually served cold and often coated in aspic.

Workshop cost: $200 for 2 people, plus food cost.
