My passion is creating and sharing the traditional cuisine of my Swiss heritage. As a chef running my own restaurant in Switzerland for 23 years I specialized in such dishes as Beef Bourguignon and a variety of fondues.  As your personal chef I’m particularly excited about sharing these specialties with you, or creating a custom menu if you prefer.

5 stars! Yummy!  Robert cooked a wonderful meal to help celebrate my birthday. The delightful dinner party for 4 turned into 5 when Robert accepted our invitation to join us. What a treat it was to watch a professional chef at work as he prepared the entire meal in our kitchen! His Boeuf Bourguignon à la Julia Child with home-made fettuccine, fresh green salad, Swiss sugar cream pie (reminiscent of crème brûlée), and wine pairing were all perfect. Authentic Fondue  And we thought fondue was just cheese! Well yes, Robert’s is decadent, but he also prepared fondue like we never knew it could be... hunks of beef dipped in simmering oil to mouthwatering perfection, then finished with a staggering selection of condiments – a delight in every bite. We’ve also indulged in many of his other hearty and unique dishes with great joy. The only thing better than Robert’s food is the man himself.
